Absolutely tragic. Some good hero stories emerging from the chaos that are inspiring. The little girl who swam to a rooftop with her dog in a plastic container and waited for help for hours. Some stranger helping some older people swim from their flooding house. Unfortunately, the death toll is likely to increase by several more.
