I'm going to put some money down on a horse this Saturday for the Kentucky Derby. I need some advice on which horse I should bet on to win. Since I'm betting the horse to win I'm not going to take Empire Maker because the payoff would be $hit. Right now I'm probably going to go with Ten Most Wanted. Any recommendations would be apprecaited. Kentucky Derby current odds on www.sportsbook.com Atswhatimtalknbout 9-2 Brancusi 25-1 Buddy Gil 9-1 Domestic Dispute 20-1 Empire Maker 7-5 Eye Of The Tiger 45-1 Funny Cide 10-1 Indian Express 6-1 Lone Star Sky 50-1 Offlee Wild 20-1 Outta Here 60-1 Peace Rules 7-1 Scrimshaws 25-1 Supah Blitz 28-1 Ten Cents a Shine 30-1 Ten Most Wanted 9-2
I like Indian Express. Tons of info to help you pick the right horse can be found here: http://www.churchilldowns.com/
If you are at Churchill Downs, the best bet is the Kern's Kitchen Derby Pie. <img src="http://www.derbypie.com/images/DerbyPie2_13.gif"> they won the Kentucky cook-off in the 60s for patent rights over the name "Derby Pie." ok, so my moms from Louisville, and my family apparently distilled the best pre-prohibition Kentucky Wiskey around, which makes the Derby Pie so great!!! And makes my posting so schizophrenic. What can I say. It's in the genes.
Thanks for the link BobFinn*. It was informative and also allowed me to register for the $5 million dollar Kentucky Derby payday. If anybody else would like to register for it here is the link... http://payday.kentuckyderby.com/ It looks like easy money. I've used brisnet.com in the past and their selections usually have been good to me. The Track Bandit's top three picks are: 1st-TEN MOST WANTED 2nd-EMPIRE MAKER 3rd-LONE STAR SKY http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=edgeframe&header=off Lone Star Sky in 3rd is a little surprising but imagine if he could win at 50-1.
