LOL She did fine. It would be hard to really screw up in this type of interview. She didn’t always answer the questions directly, but the interviewer would follow up asking for direct answers and she would give them direct answers. It was nice having someone that wasn’t angry, rude - snarling, talking over everyone and claiming that the USA is a third world shithole.

that's because others think for you, others give you news, others provide your purpose. that's to be expected in a cult so don't feel bad
Agreed and a good point about the interviewer following up. Contrary to what was said beforehand, she was actually professional, and not plant for the Democratic party.
And I understand that some policy decisions will be based, of course, on politics. "I will not ban fracking" = "I can't lose Pennsylvania to Orange Jabba."
CNN says that’s the full transcript of the interview. I think these are all the words that were spoken in the interview.
Almost every single televised interview more than just a few questions is edited. That is true of shows like Meet The Press and others even when they have a live format.
We are in a propaganda/Marketing/Advertising age It doesn't matter what anyone says. . . . It's how it can be marketer/slanting/interpreted I like Turles becomes OH YOU HATE RABBITS!!! I love shark week is traumatizing and wrong toward those who survived shark attacks I want everyone to have ice cream and be happy is a slight against the lactose intolerant! So Most interviews are not so much about speaking the truth as trying to say what you mean in a way that cannot be twisted to mean something else and Most people cannot do it well . .. others don't give a sh*t Rocket River
Ok… I get where you are going with this. Have a good day and try not to **** yourself if you see a guy that vaguely looks like JFK Jr. in line at 7-11.
Interview was for the benefit of the political press rather than regular people - literally nobody will remember it by Monday. This is why Harris doesn't play the game the way NYT/CNN etc wants it played - There isn't much upside here in having Dana Bash try to bust Tim. Walz in the name of his wife's IVF treatment or swearing a loyalty oath to fracking None of this stuff is what's at stake in November - it's just a schoolyard game by and for the talking head classes
