Does anybody know how referees call in JVG-coached teams during games? Do referees call a lot of fouls for Ewing or against Ewing? I know Phil Jackson is an excellent coach in nudging referees to call fouls for Shaq. I am not sure how Yao or Steve will get the calls this season.
