    given all the speculation, do you think jvg went to maryland to break the news that mooch and cat were gone? i wonder what was said. i bet he told stevie that they want to build a real team around him and yao and need complimentary players only?
    it seems like a much more serious visit than just a getting to know you thing.
    thoughts?

    I'm guessing he was just getting to know Steve. It's not very good for team chemistry to go into a season coaching players you've never spoken to....
