Kenny liked to pad his stats and he always seemed somewhat moody. Because of his moodiness or "not a good fit" with O'Brien, the relationship may be just bad enough where we can get him cheap - the only way we can make a trade since we have no tradeable assets.

A decent player with a bad contract is a lot better than a bad player with a bad contract.

how would people feel about this?

    KT and williamson

    for

    JH and spoon

    WHY:

KT has 5 years left on his deal. we offer cap relief in the form of spoon who only has 1 year left at the same salary. then to make things even they take JH for williamson.

I don't want KT because his contract is too bad. For his price tag, he is not enough of a significant upgrade. We'd have to get something in addition to KT to make it worthwhile, which ain't happening.

I would rather wait and use our lottery pick. Let's stop trying to fix the team with garbage players. Let's take a bad season and let's hope CD does not screw another first rounder.

On KT - been there, done that, wouldn't want to do it again - for all the reasons mentioned already.

    Deuce,

    Exactly.

CD has a habit of just letting good players leave with no compensation.

He signs Moochie to a bad contract and everyone rejoices when Mooch is traded for Spoon...BUT...Spoon's contract is just as bad.

    Garbage in garbage out.

He let's EG walk, Posey Walk..etc...etc..etc..

And now it looks like Boki is going to walk as well.

We keep losing people, and not adding anyone....how the hell are we suppossed to get better?

through our allways impressive offseasons of bargain FA signings and international draft picks that keep playing internationally.

on another note - i don't trust our pick with this front office. i would rather them trade it.

He basically said that our biggest problem right now is lack of rebounding. He also noted that our low shooting % is hurting us on the offenseive end. We are getting good quality shots most of the time just not hitting them.

One caller asked him what he planned to do with our PF position. He called our guys "Flower Forwards" instead of Power Forwards....lol JVG laughed at that one and called it one of the best lines he ever heard, right before he covered for his players like a good coach shoud.
