Man, that would give the "Somthing is going on between Yao and Cato" thread a whole new meaning...

If Yao's the queen, then who is the king?

Does that look like a queen to you?

I will likely always love and watch my Rockets regardless of who owns the team, plays for the team or coaches the team.

Yes it is the second game - I sincerely understand that and I appreciate you guys telling me that it is just one game. But the truth this - it is not one game and it is not another hystrionics but a continuation of the bad taste and hurt I thought was gone for good. Maybe I expected it to be gone too quickly but I believed all the hype and agreed that this team will work together seamlessly as one for their overrall betterment.

It is not ONE GAME (or the second game of the season) - IT IS DUMB BASKETBALL GAME #1 TOO MANY. I am not perfect but I don't why people will intentionally or unintentionally want to sabotage themselves. It is not just one - maybe because I suscribe to the "a_stitch_in_time_saves_nine" and "nip_the_bud_at_the_earliest_time_possible" philosophy.

dump the whole backcourt! sick of the THREE STOOGES of Moe Francis, Larry Mobley, and CURLY mooch! lets get somebody consistent and knows his ROLE to WIN games. too much globe trottin' showboatin' for me so painful to watch (live). too many knuckleheads on this roster including MOT who STILL cant bang inside, purge him too. he's shremp (sp?) STOOGE!

    actually if u think bout it, JVG kinda looks like LARRY stooge!:D :D :D :D :D :D

We still need a PLAYMAKER! Is there a PLAYMAKER out there?! PLAYMAKERS have excellent court vision, a keen sense of timing, make "laser" passes, and make everyone on the team look better. Have you seen L. James play? He is 19, just out of H.S., minimal NBA coaching, and the boy is a PLAYMAKER. He is one in a million but decent PLAYMAKERS aren't. Problem is, we don't have one.

This board needs more HYPERBOLE!!!! That's RIGHT It NEEDS to get the MOST HYPERBOLE EVER!!! YOu can NOT talk about basketball without using EXCLAMATION POINTS and talking about how we have the WORST STUPIDEST PLAYERS EVER unless we use more HYPERBOLE. Then we will have the BEST BOARD EVER!!!

So much should be expected from "one of the great teams ever assembled":)

I don't think you are going to win many games when you have like 25+ turnovers and give up 10 or more offensive rebounds.

If Francis continues to play like he does, then having Mobley out there with him is useless. They are the same player, people, except Francis has a little more athletic talent than Mobley.

Gumby can say all the things he wants (which he will and that is better than Rudy shrugging his shoulders and being more concerned that he is not a part of Francis' posse), but he can't make these guys break out of their bad habits, at least not yet.

I agree with leebigez in that I will be shocked if Mobley is still with this team by the trading deadline.

Way to come off as a mature poster rather than a complete Yao-loving ass. I'm pretty sure anyone can agree that Yao is a good player who can be great someday, but it's ridiculous for you to assume that Yao does not contribute to any of the team's weaknesses. And that is what I and many others have been "reading" into your posts. You're just too far up Yao's ass to listen.

Your last post before that one was indeed self-explanatory. The Yao-colored glasses you wear do explain much of why and how you post. Congratulations. How dumb can "people like me" be? So dumb that we can actually see the both the strengths and weaknesses of Yao and not contribute all the faults to the "rest of the scrubs" on the team.

Furthermore, the best evidence you can come up with is crap like "Everybody in the league knows it" or "Even Bill went as far as somewhat saying something that is unethical for a commentator to say on live TV out of frustration." Sure, that really bolsters your case.

Given that they went out and whipped the Spurs too, i'd have to say that maybe the Grizzlies aren't that bad of a team...it's not like we got our butts kicked we just lost a game...It's really a bit early to bash everyone

Give credit where credit is due.

The Grizzlies D out played us. They are in their 2nd year with their new system/coach,

Very few coaches know more about the game (fundamentally) than Hubie.

Memphis as a possible 8th seed is pretty scary.

What the hell are you talking about? TD's was making the entire Grizz team his whipping boy before they injured him (probably on purpose).
