That both Auburn and Oregon lost their last game. Now let's pause for a second, if that was to happen, we know that TCU would get into the title game for sure, but who would be the second team? Stanford? Auburn? Wisconsin?
I've heard people speculate that Auburn could still get in with a loss. I have no idea how accurate that is, but it's just what I've heard people say.
Normally I'd say a 1 loss SEC team over a 1 loss Big ten and 1 loss Pac-10 but the one loss Stanford had was to Oregon... I think Stanford would match up very similarly to TCU
I hope TCU gets in if either Auburn or Oregon loses. Losing the conference championship game convincingly didn't hurt the 2003 Oklahoma Sooners. So I could see a case where Auburn still gets in somehow.
