I saw this chick singing in a video and thought she was hot and has a great soulful voice, but I didn't pay attention to the song. So, I'm up late, watching mtv and vh1 as this is the only time they actually play videos and Stone's video comes on. The name of the song is "Fell in Love With a Boy." I was barely paying attention when I heard a familiar "ah ah ah ah ah ahhhhh" from the White Stripes "Fell in Love With a Girl," then I realized she was doing a slow, bluesy r&b cover of that song with of course the lyrics slightly changed to make it from a woman's perspective. Anybody else heard of this chick or this cover?
After seeing her perform on some TV show(I think it was Craig Kilborn), I was very surprised to find out that she's 16 years old and British.
