    Humble attitude - check
    BBall IQ - check
    BBall first - check
    No tattoos - check
    Team player - check
Determination to be the best - check

All qualities I love from a player (like Durant)

He's gonna be the best PG in the league in three years tops.

If you're not a fan yet then you will be when you watch this video:

So if we didn't like him before, we'll like him after watching a video of him inventing a ghetto dance that fat white people with no athletic ability can easily replicate? Way to go out on a limb for a guy who was a projected #1 pick since he entered high school.

He doesn't strike me as a guy with a Deron Williams/Chris Paul/Rajon Rondo mentality, but that's just because he's been able to get by on his athleticism so far. Only time will tell if he can run a team in half court sets and have efficient shot selection.

Firstly, it's not a dance. It's for people in a cornfield with beerguts, minimal mobility and a couple of 40's looking to get stupid.

Secondly, it's tacky and low class. It's part of the degenerative "crunk" movement and an insult to the days of Keith Sweat and Kid N Play when getting stupid wasn't a bad thing.

Here's what real soul and dance is:

While I did set out to inspire a Ronny rant, I didn't predict this direction. I was expecting more of a lecture on class.

Yet, the hip hop/R&B/dance discussion was very entertaining. Bravo.

He will never be as good as Nash/Paul/Williams, and will always be overshadowed by Rose. But he has the potential to be the 5th best PG.

I think John Wall has potential to break into that group. You just never know how guys are going to be in the NBA until they start playing. Like someone said earlier, it depends how effective he becomes running offenses in half-court and how he defends. Wall is already superb on the break but that won't be enough in the NBA.

Hopefully he will develop into another mega-star that can help carry the NBA.

I have no doubt that he will be a good player, and probably be in the top 5-10 range for PGs for a reasonable stretch in his career.
But from what ive seen, his game has too many holes.
His game is ridiculously similar to Roses - super athletic slasher, good court vision, bad shooter, good defender, good work ethic and attitude.
But Rose was a better shooter and had better court vision coming into the league.

I just don't see Wall ever being better than Rose.

I completely agree with your last statement, but I'm a huuuuuuge Rose fan. I said after watching him very early in his rookie season that he could surpass CP3 & D-Will. I still feel that way. Therefore, even if I don't think Wall will be better than Rose, he could very well be a top 5 PG in the NBA. Some guys take to the NBA like fish to water, others never quite get it, many are in-between. So I want to at least see him play a few games before venturing a strong opinion. With Rose, I could tell very early on he had the potential for greatness. Some guys take their entire rookie season before you can really see what they might be.

I'm very anxious to see John Wall react to adversity when things come hard to him as a rookie and he gets clobbered a few times going to the basket. If he has a good head on his shoulders, be careful about underestimating him. He could be a star.

rose with better court vision? Wall has 6.7A in 34 min, while rose has 4.7 in 29 min in the same offensive system.
In terms of size and athleticism, rose is very good as a pg, but Wall is super great!
