Charles Oakley joining the Rockets is sort of like a guy you got into a fight with when you were kids coming up and saying, yo, we cool? and you're cool. and you can be buds.

John Stockston is the guy that who backstabbed you in the worst way - and won. he just didn't take what you felt was rightfully yours, he stole it...and then he came back and waved it in your face. oh - he was good alright, but that's not what you hate about him. it's all the shady picks, the disrespect he had for you...the "I'm a nice guy" but "oops, here's an elbow to your groin Mario." the yeah i beat you haha, thanks malone for wrapping up clyde for me.

John stockton doesn't deserve to wear a Rockets uniform. I rather have Greg ostertag. Even Malone wouldn't turn my stomach half as much as Stockton.

Honestly, the lakers are dispicable for signing Malone. How could they let the man who forced Magic Johnson to call it quits play for the Lakers?

You know, fans have to step up and represent something sometimes. I might be hard on Houston fans, but I have no respect for the fans of L.A. I mean, look at the way they shamfully take in Malone. What a bunch of pansies.

Like I said, if Stockton joined the Rockets, I'm no longer a Rockets fan. No Way. I might as well just root for the team that wins the finals every year.

I remember detesting Charles Barkley in Phoenix and becoming fond of CB4/CB34 when he was traded to Houston.

I've always admired John Stockton (yes, that shot in '97 still stabs), but how could we turn down ONE OF THE GREATEST POINT GUARDS IN NBA HISTORY if he wanted to sign with us for a championship run. He could start or come off the bench for the Rockets. Yao would get the ball even more and Stockton could help show the guards how to run the pick and roll to perfection.

Even signing up Stockton as an advisor to Francis (assistant coach, maybe) would be a great move. Getting a point guard of his caliber in a coaching or playing position would be as beneficial as signing up Magic Johnson as as assistant or Oscar Robertson.

Point is, Ewing has helped Yao tremendously, therefore Stockton could help Francis realize his point guard potential. Steve still has a chance to become a great point guard. Too many people on this board are too negative and pessimistic.

Put it this way. If I saw John Stockton in person, I would punch him in the face despite all consequences. That's how much I hate him. So to answer your question, HELL NO!!!!
