    How does a player like Joey Dorsey stay on our team and avoid getting cut?

    I would have taken Pops or Romel Beck all day over JD...

    Because he's the second coming of Ben Wallace it's just that he, the coaching staff, management, the owner and everyone over the age of 16 hasn't realized it yet.

    Unless I'm mistaken, Dorsey's deal is a 4-year pact, with the first two years guaranteed. So he gets paid for this season regardless... but unless there's a radical change, he's done after this year.

    Silly question, BUT - what do the Rockets GAIN by cutting Dorsey right now?

    It still costs a season of salary, and we ALREADY have a free roster spot?

    i would rather have Will Conroy than anyother players that Roxs USED TO have.....including Joey Dorsey.....

    p.s. can anyone tell me where he is? d-league? euroleague?

    Before anybody realize it, Dorsey has to earn himself some minutes on court first. He even could not do that.

    He is in the last year of a 2 year guaranteed deal, the Rockets have a team option for next year and maybe the year after....it will probably not be excercised.

    romel beck would be a bigger asset than dorsey . he is gone after this year hopefully romel is there. the real question is why havnt we filled our last spot
