Then again, being reinstated is naturally not gonna generate the kind of hoopla that being banned would. If it's true, I'm really happy. I've long considered Crawford to be the league's best official. He never gets rattled by a crowd, and he does a better job of treating superstars and scrubs the same way than most. Now if Dick Bavetta would just get canned or retire, I'd be dancing in the streets.
