I'd like to see the Rockets draft Kapono is he's still available at 44. He'd be a steal. If not maybe Luke Walton or Josh Powell. What do you think?
I think your argument is weak. Why should we select him? You haven't presented any reason as to why we should draft him. So give us some reasons...
This guy was the real deal as a freshman, but lately he's falling out of the limelight somewhat. Anyways, I have a close friend at UCLA who knows basketball quite a bit, and he's seen him play for the last four years and raves about his shooting. I myself saw him put up 44 points and shoot 9 of 10 from behind the arc in a game last year. That one game made me a believer. I think he could become a quality player in the NBA.
He's a sleeper. If he's available, that would be a nice pickup. Although, I would rather trade Moochie Norris for Kevin Garnett. But, If thats not an option, Kapono would be the next best thing.
