    drafted 21st by the Celtics.

how good do you think this guy can be? i remember before hearing about his back injury that he could have been a lottery pick.

Carlos Boozer or Luis Scola with a little Chris Gatling type of game, not comparing him directly to those players.

Good post game and moves, fairly nice shot, and can do the dirty work with rebounds, garbage man points, and diving for loose balls, but very little athleticism.

Landed on the perfect team, even the Magic (so would've Chicago) would've been a good fit for him. He will work out well next to a good defensive/rebounding presence at center.

solid pickup, with minimal downside at 21.

    yeah, agreed.

is his back even a serious concern? kinda like how blair's missing ACL scared off some teams?

That's the one element missing from his game, outside of athleticism, but luckily he has ended up that specializes in defense.

He'll learn alot with Doc Rivers and KG.

I think this depends greatly on how much KG likes him and works with him.

Sounds like the same description you would give Brandon Bass. Regardless, I like the pick up. Especially considering I have and always will be one of the biggest DeJuan Blair supporters out there.

Bass is a good post player, but his post moves are not quite as advanced as Sullinger. .. And he's a bit taller.

He's a steal. Future hall of famer. Glad he's in the East.

I honestly think he was a steal at 21. As long as his back holds up, the Celts made out big with that pick.
