I mean Jamison will be a good addition at a smaller contratc, but there is no way I'll trade Francis for him!

Why would we want to bail Dallas out of their mess?

Jamison is just overpiad but he brings scoring and rebounding at the 3, plus you dont run any plays for him, just stick him in and he contributes. Walker on the otherhand is maybe one of the worst players to recieve a max contract. He plays absolutely no defense, whines alot, jacks up 3 all day when he barely shoots 30% and is maybe the single reason why the mavs lost this year. He had the worst +/- on the mavs, that must tell you something with all their scorers they have.

I want NO part of Antoine Walker! Jamison is alright but his contract is terrible!

    Bingo!!

Watched them all year. Jamison can be a scoring machine but plays no D at all - boy would JVG LOVE him. And Mav's aren't going to let either of their rookies (Daniels & Howard) go anywhere - they would sooner part with Finley. Only thing that will facilitate moving Walker is his huge contract will allow an acquiring team to clear tremendous cap space (in a year, I think).

You're right. Dallas will try to move Walker for a defensive minded big-man. Since Walker's contract comes off the books after next season, they might get some nice offers from teams looking to clear space.

BTW, I don't want to see Walker in a Rockets uni ever. I wish Jamison had a smaller contract because he could be a nice fit here.

The heck with all of this mess. The only Mavs player I want is Steve Nash.

Daniels is a free agent right now he can't be part of this trade unless the sign and trade him.

He wasn't drafted he was just signed as a free agent for this year.

He is going to get some good money from a team after the way he played in the playoffs.

daniels isnt going anywhere in a trade, the only way he is leaving dallas is if he signs elsewhere. jamison is staying put as well, he's going to be the mavs starting 4 next season. walker is free for the taking, but there is no way the mavs trade him for cato + whoever else was suggested. and who suggested cat for daniels and a pick? sorry to say it but fin-dogg is better than mobley, so that one isnt going to happen either.
