Rockhead, the "crying" pictures were cute at first, but the ones with Jesus's picture are a little offensive, frankly. Would you mind not posting them? I love your posts, but I feel that you are crossing the line a little bit - I know if they make me uncomfortable, they do the same to others. (Sorry for complaining... )
I agree...i love you posts rockhead...and think you bring alot of fun to the board, but the ones with Jesus' pictures are crossing the line a bit IMHO. I'd prefer you stick with making fun of Rod and Todd if you wanna keep that stuff up.
What line did I cross? The "I'm religous and you're not" line? An image of Rob and Todd saying you make Jesus cry is less offensive than actual picture of the man himself? Do you think Jesus would not have cried knowing that monkey7392 knew the words to the song and still didn't post them? Offensive to some, hilarious to others. Don't ever visit Jesus of the Week if you think this image is offensive. Religious folk, here's your chance to flame me for posting the "You Make Jesus Cry" image. Atheists and those who don't care, here's your chance to defend me. There are a few things you can do if you don't like it... 1. report this post to a moderator 2. Put me on your ignore list. When Clutch bans images of Jesus on his BBS, I'm sure he will let me know. If the moderators are offended, they will delete this post, ban me or take other administrative action. Funny, and certainly not malicious. I fail to see how anything rH posted demeaned Jesus or the Christian faith.
one of my favorite lines from the Bible is "Jesus wept." He cried when his friend Lazarus died. rockHEAD -- I'm a Christian, but this doesn't offend me. Nevertheless, I think the tone of your post was extremely defensive. They weren't playing morality police...they were simply saying that it offended them and asked if you'd stop. They didn't report the post, and I bet they have no intention...just merely saying it bothered them and they wish you wouldn't post it again.
