This is no way in hell gonna pan out, we just completely suck ass, the team is horrible, EVERYTHING about the team is horrible, we seriously need to get some 1st round picks, and get rid of T-Mac and Yao as soon as we can and start over, why waste a couple of years when you can just rebuild, and just hope for a championship with a different squad. This topic is pessimistic, but this team just is crap.

I don't know what to think anymore.

I'm going to give them more time. I don't see why we should expect more than a first round knock out, especially at this point.

Who knows, we might get realllllllly lucky.

We're still a .500 team in the West, taking a scorch earth method isn't the brightest proposal just yet. I know the losses are frustrating as hell, but it could be worse right now. I dont think Im not angry either, Im furious at this team right now.

Maybe when we play some home games, we will stop this Fire Adelman/Trade T-Mac/Trade Yao thing?

Just a suggestion...or maybe a very bad excuse for sucking.

    Quick and easy.....

Send Hayes back the D-league where he belongs, start Scola, turn Battier into the fastest young athletic SG available, move McGrady back to SF and turn some combination of Head, Alston, Francis and/or James into an athletic TALL (minimum avg heigth) PG. Bring Wells and what's left of the current PG's off of the bench.

    Mission accomplished.

    We need Dikembe!
Of course he is old and slow, but still powerful, good blocker, rebounder.
    We need Dikembe's defense.
Starting 5 should be Dikembe,Yao,Luis,T-mac and James.
We have two anywhere shooter and 3 most excellent rebounder.

    HOHO,kidding,kidding.

LOL, there's no way Yao will be traded. The exposure and financial earnings brought to the Rockets by him is worth far more than whatever he can give us on the court. We may win out talent-wise by trading him, but nothing short of Kobe or Lebron can bring us the same amount of money that he does.

I don't think trading players is the solution right now. The team just needs to get their offensive and defensive set-ups in check. I don't know if that's Adelman or the players' fault, but until that is all ironed out, any changes in personnel won't change the Rockets' fortunes on the court.

I’ve been calling for a youth movement for God knows how long, but I think the time has come. The Rockets can continue to add retread (Wells), after retread (James), after retread (Francis), after retread (Adelman) if they want, but it’s never going to be enough to turn them into a title contender. This “win now” attitude needs to end at once before they waste any more time.

Scola, Landry, Brooks, Head, and Snyder should be given more prominent roles in the rotation. Battier, Wells, James, Francis, and Alston should be moved for whatever young talent they can get. Forget trying to win a championship and start building for the future. If any of the youngsters work out, we’re in good shape to contend in a couple of years. If none of them do, we’re no worse off than we are now, stuck in mediocrity.

Yao isn't going to be traded but he's part of the problem.

trust me i'm not likin it now either, but tis still early and we're still .500 Remember tha beginning is tha toughest part of our schedule. But trades are in order and not mac and yao.

also adelman isn't gettin tha most outta his players. Head can drop ten points a night, and so can scola. Adelman just isn't puttin these guys in tha right position to suceed

I think that the window is closing on this Rockets group. If they fail to make it to the second round for the fourth year going, it's time to start thinking about rebuilding.

It would be a shame though. So much talent and yet no heart at all. I would hate to see that as the definition of the TMac/Yao era.

Tmac and james must be traded ,they are poor shooters with high salary and they have no heart of champion
