Yeah, I feel like it is all mental. We have really played poorly last few games and the Lakers game just totally killed us.

Yao looks like he is completly broken mentally. Past few games Tracy also looked horrible as never. Ron has been struggling since Dallas game.

For me it looks like it all about chemistry and player's heads. Everybody on this team looks embarrased. Ron can't make anything happen, Yao also and McGrady has been a non factor last two games which only makes that embarassment bigger.

We don't play as a team, it is all about one on one matchups. And it makes you pissed off when you can't buy a bucket.

Portland game didn't help at all. If we had won this game I think situation today would have been different. We climbed back after being down by 10 and it would have only made our morale better if we had won that one. But that shot by Roy was just amazing and I pretty much belive it was the key.

Tracy played very well in that game, he was carrying us. And it always makes you mad when you try your best and opponent breaks it with one amazing, simply unbelievable shot. After that game McGrady's mind 'went out' as well.

As I said, Lakers' game doesn't help at all, it even hurts more but now it is all about players. They need to make it totether and bounce back from that. Once we make our chemistry like it was last year, we will be a tough team, very tough.

I agree Jeff, and I think a big part of it is that our veteran "leadership" consists of Tracy, Rafer and Brent Barry, who's only been a rocket for a couple of months.

We're missing the hustle impact of Shane, who I think could be the guy that makes our good team great, but more importantly, I think we need Deke back ASAP.

Even if they don't have him play he can sit on the bench and make sure these fools' minds are right.

Right now the rockets look like they need a kick up the arse from Uncle Mutombo....

Tracy and Yao have been no longing for victory at all, everybody gives a high expectation for this team in the offseason, the whole team play under much pressure, and Yao and Mcgrady's heart is weak, after a few losses,
    both of they break down.

IMP, now what Rox needs is a doc who can heal Tracy's and Yao's soul
