Confirming a PAGE SIX scoop from two months ago, Rodman told us: "Michael is definitely doing it, so is Barkley. Hopefully I'm going to be on the team. It's almost all set. We're gonna be the Geritol team." But first, The Worm will kick off his coast-to-coast "Dennis Rodman's Strippers Ball" club tour Saturday at Brazil in East Hampton. Tomorrow night, Rodman and a pals will prepare by hosting a party at Tavern. "There's going to be two girls for every guy," he assured us. "They'll be dancing and doing their thing." Romantically, Rodman says he's a "free agent," but still pines for ex-wife Carmen Electra, currently hot and heavy with rocker Dave Navarro. "I'm happy for her," he said. "But we made an agreement long ago that we'll probably get back together at some point.
