College Station is max 90 minutes (by car) from Compaq Center. If I had to guess, he probably went from San Antonio to A&M last night/this morning, and then came home after the speech.

The fact is he never went. That was his twin brother.

I saw the police blocking the 290 Beltway 8 intersection and a convoy of limos and busses. One limo was flying the Chinese flag. This was about 3:30pm. I'm sure that was the caravan, or the Chinese Head Hauncho was coming back from Crawford. I'd say Ming should be available.
