Do you feel that intellectual property is real? Do you thing downloading songs off Kazaa should be illegal and worse is it immoral? I think IP is bull****, but that's my opinion.
Although I admit to downloading the occasional song off Kazaa that I'd never buy the whole CD for, the end of IP would destroy entertainment as we knew it. What incentive would there be for anyone to create anything if there was no legal recourse to someone stealing your work? There would be no movies, no music, no books, newspapers or any kind of media. Our society is based on the free flow of information and that would come to a screeching halt. Trust me, you don't want that to ever happen.
Yes, I think downloading songs without the copyright holder's permission is both illegal and immoral, but that's just my opinion.
