without a doubt francis is the best point guard dunker in the league and perhaps ever.Spudd had a better vertical but he couldnt dunk with the power francis has or as in games as much as francis does.I wonder if there are or were some playground legends that could have matched francis in dunkin as a point like earl manigault aka the Goat. Who knows but as for now francis is far and away the best dunkin PG in the league ------------------
