Both Jerry Porter and Moss riding the bench???? That team is a total joke. Why does Al try to bury players like that?
Where did you see that? I haven't seen anything about Moss being benched. Al Davis completely deserves this and I think Art Shell is getting too much of the blame. Al has always gone with players first, coaches second. That means he cares more about what individual players want than what the coaches want and need to win. He knew when bringing Moss in about his past reputation and that he didn't always give 100% and his disregard for teammates, coaches, and even officials at times. Now Porter wants a trade and why not? Davis gives in to players and Porter throws a fit and expects to get what he wants. He also brought in Sapp, another big ego type of player. Yet he doesn't bring anybody in to support these guys. Nobody to throw the ball to Moss or Porter, nobody up front to help Sapp though he isn't as dominant as he once was...not even close. The players all seem to have given up and it is really no surprise to me.
I willing to trade Randy Moss for Kerry Collins on my fantasy team. Collins has more upside at this point I think. Any takers?
