    does anyone know of any good, possibly free, programs to convert videos to high quality iphone compatible formats?

    Videora was pretty good when I was using it. But now I use AVS Video Converter, it has the best quality but it's not free, but I can help you with that if you want it.

    handbrake is all you need. Its free and easy.
