IP: Logged

    I notice in the bottom right hand corner of everyone's posts it says IP: Logged. If you click on it, it says you can't see that page...what is that??

    it only took me 2000+ posts to notice that! :D

    It's an ADMIN thing, little peon posters, like us, wouldn't understand...

    Actually, I believe, that each time you post, your IP address is logged. That way ADMIN's can catch folks who try to be all sneaky... Most IP addresses are fixed unless you have an IP address that changes everytime you turn your modem off and on... like me, my DSL service does not have a 'static' IP address, instead whenever I log off and on my IP address changes...

    Yeah, if you have admin status, the IP and sometimes the hostmask will be listed in that spot. Very handy.
