I like biotech. Lot's of cancer therapies in Stage 3 trials. More specifically, if CEGE hits, I'll be happy ( http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ao?s=CEGE ).

Wish I knew some good plays in nanotechnology. If you could invest a decent amount in that now it would certainly help you retire in 20 years.
