A couple days ago I solicited interview advice from my friends here at the BBS so I thought I'd let ya'll know how they went. The first one got canceled due to an urgent meeting and rescheduled for today. The second lasted 2.5 hours and the company has 3 positions for which I'm being considered. I have a second interview for one of the positions on Monday. The rescheduled interview today I thought went great. I was there for an hour and a half and was very please with the way it went. I was told upon leaving that they weren't sure when the position was coming open (replacing a pregnant employee) but it should be within the next month, but if I received an offer before they got back with me they want me to let them know before accepting any offer. All in all I'd say they all went great. Thanks to everyone for the advice and I look forward to making a donation to cc.net upon the receipt of my first paycheck.
That great! The fact that you had long interviews usually means they are pretty interested. Let us know what happens! Good luck!
Thanks. This not being employeed thing is cramping my style, and preventing me from being a contributing member.
Last night the wife and I psuedo celebrated with some home made straight up margaritas made with patron silver and cointreau (sp?) with fresh lemon and lime juice. A couple of those and watch out.
