    Dirk
    Peja
    Pau
    Tony
    etc

Question: Did any of them get their High School Diplomas?
    Any of them goto College?
Were they forced to maintain a grade point average or they would not be able to play or practice?

I think they had a sort of alternate schooling. They didn't go to a traditional high school but were either home schooled or went to a school that speciallized in teaching atheletes.

I believe Dirk was home schooled while also playing pro ball in Germany and then spent 1 year in the German Army. He entered the NBA at the age of 19. He's the exact same age as Kobe (maybe a couple of months younger).

Well,Pau Gasol got his high school diploma and then he go to College. He studied to be a doctor(his parents are both doctors)
He played pro bball while he studied in the University,so it was quite difficult(many trainings, games, trips) and he had to left the College.

The European system, as you might know, is totally different.
the young guys ususally don't play sports at school, but for pro organizations' junior teams. Meanwhile they usually study for their HS diplome (don't ask how tough it is, please).
