I have info from a couple of friends that there are several rent-a-signs off of freeways in town stating "If you think it is dry this month, wait until next month". Now, I also understand that there has also been a couple of busts in the last few months of some large mar1juana shipments. Now my question is: Who is renting these signs, dealers or the police? It seems like dealers could be tracked through the use of these signs so it does not make sense for them to be the culprits. Now, if it was the police, well, taunting is just bad sportsmanship. Either way, it does not make much sense to me. thoughts?
