Make a habit of running everyday as soon as you wake up. Do it til you feel like you're about to vomit. You'll have the rest of the day to be energized and feel exhausted that come bedtime you'll be glad to sleep. Also going to bed at a normal hour makes it extra motivation to run as soon as you wake up. If you don't go to bed at a normal hour, still wake up at the same time as always and continue to run even if say you didn't sleep the whole night or only got two or three hours rest. Keep a habit of it and you'll fix your sleeping habit.

That or get your doc to give you Xanax and be out like a light bulb within a half hour.

I've noticed since I started running on a regular basis my sleeping pattern seems to be better and I'm energetic the rest of the day. When I slack off and don't, then I'm back to being groggy and an insomniac like I am right now. Stick with it though.

I'll give this a try when I get back from San Francisco. I'm not a huge fan of running, but I'll try to give this a shot.

I could try the Xanax route, or at the very least ask them about it. I was on Rozerem and I'm out of their little sample packs they gave me. Instead of asking for more, I'll try and ask for Xanax.
