The reason he keeps going from team to team is obvious. He's been so blatant about getting paid. That's why he left Detroit, he wanted more cash. That's why Milwaukee traded him, he wanted more cash. The Rockets traded him because they thought they couldn't sign him, because he wanted so much cash. The Raptors let him go because he wanted more than they thought he was really worth at his age. The Rockets didn't sign him because he wanted a player option 4th year at his age and a trade kicker to boost salary and make it harder to trade him because of both, all simply because he wanted more cash. The Wolves deal him because they got tried of him last year complaining that the highest paid player should start at point guard between him and Foye. etc., etc, etc.
We should NOT trade Mike again. He gives this team alot of fire that it needs and desperately lacks without him. Damn man, ya'll are such pessimists, not even giving these people a chance when they haven't played ONE GAME in the Adelman system yet. Relax, I'm pretty sure this guy knows what he is doing. At LEAST give these guys an opportunity to work some magic before predetermining their destiny of sure failure. I know MJ deserves a spot on this team, whether he start or be the 6th man is up to Rick.
Yetti Speaks: Mike James when he played his first stint with the Rockets, showed that he had speed and could shoot! He showed that he wasn't a very good Point Guard as he saw mostly the opportunity for him to score and was a reluctant but occasional passer. This irritated players such as Steve Francis who was using the Rockets as the machine that would take him to fame and glory. Franchise was after all a similair type personality, who was also a leading rebounding Guard and Mike was moved under the guise that we needed a Playmaker Point Guard. Enter Rafer who turned out to be a fairly decent contributor but could not play the Playmaker Point Guard Position,to save his life, he was like all the rest! The burning question is that Morey seemingly of course has never realized the truth about all three of these players and I am eager to see what Coach 'A' is going to mould them into. By now I hope that sufficient maturity has set in and these players will play their roles as orchestrated my the Maestro and the Wizard.
