I'd be offering the locked out NBA players contracts - perhaps for multiple years and with each player receiving higher salaries than the NBA. That would put a lot of pressure on NBA owners to get the ball rolling. China would definitely succeed in upgrading the China league talent and actually snag a lot of players. How stringent China would be would be a big factor. But they've got the purse to lure the money hungry players. Unless they are happy with the skip to my whos... Lebron can increase his global brand, may even win a ring!
