Ok...I've been very skeptical of Ming and of the ability of the Rockets to work out a deal that will be OK with the Chinese government... having said all that...I think Ming is probably going to be the Rockets first pick in the draft...i spoke with a close friend yesterday who is fired up about Ming, and his enthusiasm was infectious. And like I said in an earlier thread...if the Rocks pick Ming, then Ming's my guy!! I'll buy my son a Ming jersey...I'll root for big Ming...I'll chant Ming at games...because he's a Rocket..and because the Rockets represent Houston. At the very least, I've heard Ming is a nice guy, classy and a gym rat. Easy to root for, if you ask me! I still have my concerns about conflicts in schedule...and about the possibility of the Chinese government changing their feelings on the whole arrangement and pulling him back...but.... Go Rockets!!!!
