Anyhow, we talked a minute about him possibly coming back and he said he is working hard in his rehab. One thing got me though, while he was on his cell, talking to a friend(I do not know who) he said "We gotta go play ball sometime soon." Could he be that close already?

Nonsense. Charles is only helping us to suck a bit more... the end result is the right reason; the methods of arriving at the destination are immaterial as long as effort is given. The pathway to nirvana has many roads; the road you choose is only of consequence to you and you alone. The entity as an entire being (the Rockets organization in this case) is ambivalent towards the individual decision, but still depends upon each individual's decision. A sort of oxymoronic dichotomy, but factual, nonetheless.
