...where I work(ed). He came in the other night, watched the Pacers beat the Blazers in OT(he was thrilled to see Pippen lose) and watched the Rockets as well.

Anyhow, we talked a minute about him possibly coming back and he said he is working hard in his rehab. One thing got me though, while he was on his cell, talking to a friend(I do not know who) he said "We gotta go play ball sometime soon."

Could he be that close already?

You do know that would counter Dr's claim that we "Suck for all the right reasons".

Nonsense. Charles is only helping us to suck a bit more... the end result is the right reason; the methods of arriving at the destination are immaterial as long as effort is given. The pathway to nirvana has many roads; the road you choose is only of consequence to you and you alone. The entity as an entire being (the Rockets organization in this case) is ambivalent towards the individual decision, but still depends upon each individual's decision. A sort of oxymoronic dichotomy, but factual, nonetheless.

Ooooh lookie there, I found another old Cheeto under the couch. *munch* *munch*

No...had to have been golf...he has yet to step on a real basketball court since the injury. Getting ready for the final game of the season will be cutting it close.

You have surprised me. I had expected something more than this from you. That is not the following of Allah, Jesus or Buddha. The ends justify the means. Uh Huh. Never. Ever. Wrong.

That is just a well-worded phrase that many have hid behind for years as a justification to do any number of unspeakable things.

I am not attempting to sound high brow or self-serving, but the above quotation should not be used to make any superfulous point. Sorry. I know you are a bigger person than this and that this is not what you meant, but I had to address it.
