I have to say I'm impressed with the Sixers so far. The Lakers however, seem to not have as much fire as they did against the teams they faced in the Western playoffs. The Sixers are really taking it to the Lakers right now. The Lakers just don't seem like their head is in the game right now, like they expect to turn on a switch a start blowing the Sixers away. That could come back to hurt them. ------------------

If they lose this game, Larry Brown is solely to blame. The Sixers were in control of this game until they came up with this brilliant idea to rest Mutombo for the last 6 minutes of the 3rd quarter to have him completely rested for the 4th. What happens? Lead is down from 15 to 2 and Lakers have all momentum. You cannot tell me Mutombo can't play more than 18 minutes in a half. Brown is doing the same thing Popovich did last series in game 1... resting his star big man way too much and letting Shaq take over. Kobe was absolutley horrible. He didn't show up. So much for being the next Jordan or the best player in the league. Jordan never sucked like that in a big game situation. Shaq showed tonight who's the man on that team. He didn't get much help from his side kick. ------------------
