I think I'm just projecting my work-crush onto you.
He's this cute English guy (I know you're not English but you said you look like Jude Law and Jude is :)) He's kinda goofy yet intelligent like yourself. I thought for sure he was gay too but then I found out he was married with 2 kids. It was just like that damn Alanis lyric: "It's like meeting the man of my dreams...and then meeting his beautiful wife" . Anyway, thanks for understanding.

"The Scientist" is my all-time favorite Coldplay song and Omega is right about it being the perfect "let's start over" type song.

I could probably come up with all kinds of stuff for this but there is really only one:

I regret not taking more initiative when I was in college and asking girls that I liked in my classes out or going to off-campus parties to meet girls.

I regret not buying $10,000 worth of Dell stock when it went public. I had the chance, and I blew it.

    Omega my dear friend,

Even though we might have experienced completely different obsticles in life... I can feel your pain! I really do! Hang in there buddy! Hang in there!... If we keep our faith, try hard & never give up... past experience/failures can be the biggest motivation toward ultimate success in life... I believe in that, I really do...

Thanks for sharing "the scientist" song... I'm very touched... the song recalled a lot of wonderful memories of my past... How I become the person I am today & how blessed that I'm still alive & healthy, capable of chasing my dreams... It's never too late! I keep telling myself, if I put my minds in & committed 100%, one day I'll get there... getting there... promised...

I'm sure the same goes to you my dear friend... I would also like to share a song with you by Natalie Cole in the album startdust:

    PICK YOURSELF UP

Pick yourself up, take a deep breath
Dust yourself off and start all over again.
    Nothing impossible I have found
For when my chin is on the ground
I pick myself up, dust myself off and start all over again
Don't lose your confidence if you slip
Be grateful for a pleasant trip
Just pick yourself up and dust yourself off
    Start all over again.
Work like a soul inspired till the battle of the day is won
You may be sick and tired, but you'll be a man my son.
Will you remember the famous man
Who had to fall to rise again
So take a deep breath, pick yourself up
Dust yourself off and start all over again.

Just to let you know, even though I don't know you personally, you are very much appreciated here on the BBS & I have a tremendous amount of respect for you...thanks for everything! Cheers! :)

Sounds like you are Building another Regret on top of a Regret?

Your friends are your friends no matter what
IF they cannot support u in time of need/trouble
    then they ain't worth a **** and you don't f*cking need them

But at least give them that chance dude. . . .

Rhetorical Question: WHY ARE YOU A LONER?
You need to assess the answer to that question . .. for yaself

    I have PLENTY of regrets
I regret not taking more risks!!!!

My only regret is giving up an amazing summer internship opportunity many years ago for a chick.

    Oh, what could have been...

You self-righteous wranglers are all the same. Have you any idea the atrocities commited by those waffle rancher butchers? These poor, benign creatures, which you would make out to be vicious beasts are horribly mistreated, forced to live their lives chained to the ground, wallowing in their own urine and feces, just to keep their flesh tender!

Eventually they are put out of their misery, mercilessly butchered and mutilated, and finally hacked into the shapes of hearts, squares, discs, mickey mouse heads, and the occaisional portrait of The Little Mermaid(David Robinson probably eats thoughs). Their vital fluids are then harvested for the profits of monsters like the notorious Aunt Jemimah and Mrs. Butterworth. SICKENING!

And you have the nerve to think you were the victim! Well, once you're forced to live out the ordeal that these poor creatures endure EVERY DAY in waffle ranches all over the world, you tell me who's REALLY the black-hearted beast.

... I regret spending ten minutes of my life writing that. I my ten minutes back.
