OK, he was overpaid, but at least he would give us something more than IL-Norris and Baker we get in return from NYK, especially now in this Howard-out-situation.

No way in hell would he have made a difference in these last 2 losses. Let's not get desparate thoughts just because of the last 2 games. Win or lose (ugggh), we're gonna ride with the horses that brought us to this point. The outcome of this season and the playoffs will determine how we shape our roster in the future, so maybe it's good to expose our weaknesses now so we can straighten it by the time the playoffs arrive. Oh yeah, JH's absence is hurting us but this will show if the Rox can overcome setbacks and if others can pick up the slack while he's out. So far not so good, if this continues it will probably put a greater impetus for CD and JVG to look for a dependable PF backup in the offseason.

Is your stash a bit low? ;) Do you sell extra wide chairs? LazyBoys?

I think the Rockets miss Howard. He was more a part of what was working than some of you think.

Because he never would have appeared on a reality show. Today, quality is hard to find. Along with elegance, class, interesting music, artistic beauty, morality, sanity, boundaries, hard work...........

Just curious, but do you guys think TB will make a big difference in team play when he joins the team?

While I disagree with v3, and I do think it would have been helpful to have a starting caliber 4 out there, I am still glad that we shipped Mo to the Knicks. We should still make the playoffs this season. Howard will be back eventually, so we should be in good shape once we get there. We will be better off in the future when we are not paying Mo's fat contract.

Hopefully we will get a better 4 in the offseason, and all of this will be irrelevent. Bring on Abdur-Rahim.

yes - his absence is directly reponsible for Tmac shooting 4 for freaking 22 !!!!!

Mo could definitely hit open jumpers and stretch defenses, something that Spoon can't. Hindsight being 20-20, we should have waited till the end of season to trade Mo to Isaiah Thomas.

Right now, Spoon is just too fat to get it done, and Padgett has his own limitations. Taylor could give us 30 solid minutes a night

Does anyone on this board really believe that Mo Taylor of all people could have slowed down Garnett tonight. Yeah he might give us an additional 2-3 baskets but in no way does he play better defense than Bowen, Spoon, or even padgett. Besides we didnt lose this game or the last one because of our PFs. We lost them because of missed free throws, bad shooting, and a lack of energy in the first 2 quarters of both games.

I have nothing against Mo Talyor but to say that he would have made the difference in the past two games when the Rockets got blown out is just ignorant.

That Juwon Howard got injured doesn't change the fact that Mo Taylor is still lazy, fat, and overpaid.

And he cant (atleast this season) hit the open jumper, rebound, or play defense.

Juwon Howard is nobody in fact. Since he injured, there are a mantal influence to the players. " We might lose cuz someone injured..."

Same situation with last time when sura injured. A freaking excuse is ready there, waiting our players come back from a losed game.

Excuse there, why not use? Don't waste.

Now we just need a losing streak to bring them out. Let them realize that the freaking excuse will destory their championship hope.
