That is all. I'm sick of my parents b$ and for me to rid myself of them I need to take care of this small detail. How do I remove myself from the properties? I am currently the owner of two commercial properties which I want nothing more to do with. Is there an easy way for my brother or my parents to assume the loans and take back their property? The loan to value is under 50% so I assume this would be a no brainer for any bank to "buy out" my old loan.

What kind of commercial property is it? Check with your lender to see if the loan is assumable. Or read over the contract that you and your lender signed for the loan. It should tell you if the loan is assumable or not.

Sounds like you just need a good hitman :D

Business and family do not mix, so I hear.

Thanks...this is going to take awhile. I have six inches worth of documents in my closet I have to dig up and go through now.

No problem, if you have anymore questions, just let me know. Because this is sort of in my field of work.
