Get out to the damn video game tourney, then!

I'm not hard to find. I enjoy seeing you as well as everyone out.

Hell, I saw a notorious BBS poster last night.

Dumbass. I'm probably the most accessable guy on the net. My credit card info is listed on my profile.

    But, just in case:

Great post and I agree 100%. I was single for so long and I had things extremely easy (lived in a house that was paid for, never had financial worries, could do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, etc.). But I wanted to share my life with someone and due to that desire, I was never completely happy with my life as a single person. Now I have been married almost 9 months and my life has changed immensely. There have been times where the lifestyle change has almost been too much for me. Right now, I am battling the fact that for the next 3 years or so, my family is always going to have to be one of those "living to make ends meet" type of families. You want to talk about depressing? Get paid a decent salary every 2 weeks and see all of your paycheck be eaten up by debts and bills - that will depress you in a heartbeat - at least it does to me. :(

All I can tell you is that things can always be worse. That saying and the fact that I know my wife loves me very much is about the only things that helps me get through rough times. Also praying to God helps but sometimes I get a little impatient with Him and I forget to use Him to help me. You have been given some good advice here, McGrady, by others in this thread. Just never give up and know that things will get better someday - the question is when, though, and that is what makes feeling depressed or sad so bad.

Things could always be worse, you could be Al Gore...:) You're probably better off than most people in the world today...It's all about putting things in perspective...Whether the cause of your depression is women, money, family, school or work, you are alive now and have to want make a difference in life...

    Suck it up...
