I dont know if its just me, but I can see a pretty intense rivalry between the rockets and the mavericks not too far in the future. If Ming performs as advertised, along with Steve, Cuttino and an improved Griffin. Throw in a potential sharpshooter like Nachbar and we've got an intense I-45 rivalry. A playoff series would be crazy with trash talkers like Cuttino, Finley and even Mark Cuban, who would definately get in the mix. Imagine that.
that would be sweet. i can picture a 7 game series in the second round or something. i cant wait to hate the mavs even more.
What about The rockets and Spurs Rivalry?? I-10 Ming vs Duncan? I know the spurs arent as all around loaded as the Mavericks, but if parker keeps getting better...they will still be near the top of the west just because of TD.
I thought about the I-10 rivalry too. But the Rockets Mavs just sounds it could have a lot more potential. But next years playoffs should have 3 Texas teams
Ming will like to play with Dallas. The only defense they have are several blocks. But Ming' shot cannot be blocked. Divac gained his confidence since he played with MAvs. He looks like a superstar in the king-mavs series.
