Anyone build a Home Theater PC?

I have one with Boxee on it, but I was frustrated with the lack of updates for Windows users.

Luckily, Plex just released a Windows version of its Media Center (which is also based off of XMBC)

Anyone try it yet? Looks promising!

XMBC is great.
I do like Boxee, but at least on Linux.. IT'S HORRIBLE in terms of stability. Not to mention I had to re-compile the tarball in Ubuntu 11.10 just to get it to work .

Yea, i had to reinstall my Ubuntu twice to get it to work halfway decently, I just settled with Windows 7 for my HTPC?
