How come?

    People get tired. From my experience, your legs get tired and even with all that adrenaline pumping through you, your legs might not have enough strength to dunk the ball. Especially a standing dunk.

    Just for informational purposes only, I have counted 3 missed dunks so far in the first half of the game tonight, and I thought about this thread.

    Hill, Nene and Ariza in that order...

    Dunks are not 100% 2 points. I'm just sayin'. ;)

    Carmelo Anthony just delivered the game's 4th missed dunk 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter.

    As well, there were 2 missed dunks on fouls in the second half, one by Martin and I don't remember who had the one before that. I'm not counting these because they don't count as Field Goals. So our count is at four for tonight so far.

    I think my point is being made.
