Could this be the guy that is flying under the radar on Morey's undervalued list? He looked very human last night. Boston probably isn't going to even get to the Eastern Conference Finals. Ray Ray is a free agent. Garnett has 2 years left after this season for a very high salary.....$18 mill +. If the Celts bomb out in this year's playoffs, would Ainge look to unload him and save salary, and pick up some young talent and expirings to swing a deadline deal next season?

I would think Garnett's trade value is at all time lows right now. He has been hurt for awhile. He's just not his old self. However, he is Kevin Garnett.

If Ainge were to move him, I would think him and Morey have a good working relationship. What if we could get Garnett for some of our expirings, Battier, Jeffries, and Anderson, and a couple picks, say our first rounder this year nad the Knicks 2012 pick? Would that be enough? And would you do it?

What if we had to throw in Hill to make the deal happen? Would you do it? What would you give up to add him to our team?

No, of course not. Hill = Developing. Garnett = Going downhill. He's going to play a few more seasons and that's it. This is obvious.

Adding KG to the Rockets would be the closest thing to adding Karl Malone to the Rockets for me. I hate that guy with a passion, he is the biggest douchebg in the league and has sucked all season. He can't score anymore and is no more than an average post defender after losing most of his lateral quickness.

Is this a joke, wasn't April the 1st two days ago ?

If KG comes to Houston, the Rockets are going to lose a lot of fans,
including me. The guy is probably one of the worst people in the NBA
    over the last 10-20 years.

He curses at people, tries to immitate a dog
which he doesn't have to do because he already is one, is a hypocrite,
selfish, self-centered, egotistic, a liar, an *******, a ****up, lowlife,
nutcase, picks on the little guys, punks out against the big ones, is a p***y
no good for nothing ass waste of life.

    LOL.

    Hit a nerve.

For everything negative you say about him, he's one of the best 7 footers to ever play the game....ever. Think about your big man rotation of Yao Garnett Scola. That's pretty tough.

KG is done. Tim Duncan on the other hand still has some gas left in the tank.

He's virtually paid the max, is old as heck (He's 33 and has been playing NBA since high school), and he's a douche. Seriously, we have arguments here all the time about whether Bosh is worth the max and whether it's worth trading for him, and Bosh is massively superior to Garnett. This idea is beyond dumb.

Sure, he was an excellent 7-footer. So was Hakeem. Let's get Dream back!

I think Duncan is the best player of the last decade, but I disagree with your statement on him having something left in the tank.

The brother has carried most of SA's big men for years and is still productive, but he probably has one more season to still be an all star. There is a reason why the Spurs made so many offseason moves trying to improve themselves, it is because Duncan, Manu and Parker can't carry them any longer due to injuries and age.

one of the best some time ago, not now. I get your idea of "good value", but morey's idea isn't quite the same. Morey doesnt just want players who's asking price, in terms of talent, is less now, he also wants guys who make less than they're worth. That's not KG. If KG was a FA, then it could work, if he resigns cheap. Or if his contract was about 10-12 mill, or maybe even 14-15 and he was healthy, then it may make sense...but he's had injuries, clearly isn't the same, AND his salary is up to 18 and 21 the next year. That's too big of a chunk. We cant acquire him and keep most of these guys. Make no sense, especially when we already have scola and hill, who arent too bad themselves, especially scola.

Absolutely no to Garnett, he is a shell of what he used to be. Why in the world would you give up 2 first rounders for him at this point in his career? You wouldn't, I seriously doubt anyone would. Scola ate him up last night. I wouldn't even trade the guys you mentioned for him. To me Garnett looks like his legs are totally gone, no explosion, looks to not have his midrange game anymore and his man defense has slipped considerably

    Forgot Moses Malone.

Yao, Ralph, Moses, Hakeem and Charles running point. I would pay good money to watch that.

How is this even a serious post ?

The proposed trade you have is ludicrous.

They could offer us KG for free and we wouldn't take him.
