Uhh...no thanks. Even though everyone knows Ewing isn't what he used to be, I wouldn't want him here in Houston because according to Sir Charles, we have the best strip clubs out of all the NBA cities. The last thing I need is to pick up the paper or go on-line and her about Ewing and his sexual escapades with strippers. It's bad enough that we have to reset the whole strip club incident everytime the guy that uses Ewing's classic testimony from the Atlanta strip club case posts something onto the BBS. Let's not have it be a nightly occurance. :D

I'll pretend that I didn't here that monkey bull ****. But anyway why would you want this guy he makes me sick and he will not play for less than 4 mill. If we didn't give about that to Hakeem why to Ewing? Dude is crap and by the way he should have retired 5 years ago not 2.

If the rockets sign Ewing, then all of a sudden, i'm not going to be such a great rockets fan. I hate the Knicks more than any team possibly in all of sports, and to see the Rox try to win a ring that will win Patrick a ring? Eeeeek, i don't like it so much. Yeah, i want to win, but not at the cost of selling my soul to the devil....My hatred for the knicks is on par with most of your hatred for the jazz, and if Ewing wasn't just a tall piece of old crap now, i might consider it. But since now he is nothing but a has been that can't back up his annual prediction to win the championship, PLEASE PATRICK, STAY AWAY FROM MY ROCKETS AND LAKERS!!!! YOU ARE A DISEASE!!!! :))

Did anyone actually see him play for Orlando last season? He's not even a shadow of his former self. Looked like he was much older than 40, kinda like Robert Parish.

He's basically just collecting a paycheck, because the league veteran's minimum is $1 million. Remember this is the same guy who said, "We make alot, but we spend alot." He probably has to keep playing to support his lifestyle and his trips to the Gold Club.

The only good thing I can think of that would result in aquiring Ewing would be that all the Rockets would be required to learn CPR in case something happened.

I remember that someone called Ewing monkeyface or something like that in another thread and some people called that guy racist, then RocksMillennium came in and said that he is black and that Ewing looks like a freaking gorilla. Then someone posted a lot of pictures of black and white players looking like monkeys. So don't blame everything on race, please. I hope and assume it wasn't meant that way.

Considering there are about 30 white guys in the whole league, I didn't know it was possible to be a white supremisist (sp?) NBA fan.
And btw, regardless of race, Ewing is one ugly dude.

Since Orlando needs a center lets trade Collier for Jeryl Sasser. That gives us a backup SG and Orlando a center.

Actually my original idea was to get an experienced C to mentor Ming through his first years.I said Ewing cause i had just read he was free.
But if u asked me Iwould rather have Dream come back...Is that any way possible without us give too much(or any thing)?

...And please stop with the racial BS...

George Mikan is still alive, isn't he? We can pick him up. I'm sure Bill Walton's knees have gotten better in the past 15 years or so. He'd probably sign for the vet minimum...
