I'm debating whether to move to Houston (NW around 290 and Huffmeister) or stay in Arlington Texas 5 minutes from the new Cowgirls stadium.

My main thing is investing. I'm probably going to live in this particular house for say 10-15 years and hope it increases by a lot. Which area do yall think has a greater chance of increasing in value over that amount of time.

what other developments in houston are there that yall know about? I'm sure I'm going to hear mostly houston's side but if someone could give me a convincing argument for arlington as well I would appreciate it. thanks.

My understanding is that there is an extreme glut of housing in some places out in that general area.
