We're not ****ing wildebeests, so just about all of our choices and preferences are peppered by social conditioning. Sub-Saharan features: wide-bridged nose, dark skin, thick lips, and dark, short, curly hair; are the polar opposite of white features. This message board, and Western civilization as a whole, is predominantly white. Also, perceived social status is probably a partial component of what defined standards of beauty: probably the reason blue-eyed blondes are considered more attractive among whites, and whites might be considered more conventionally attractive among all races in Western society.
