Grill has been my favorite. I grill whatever amount comes in a package. When the skin is crispy I toss them in Kroger spicy garlic sauce. Then put them on the grill for another 5 min or so. Smell tells you when. Then take them off and add desired sauce. Like bufallos etc
Poach/Grill I usually start off my poaching the wings in a spicy water mix, that contains, jalapenos, onions, old bay, sririacha, cayanne, red pepper flake, chili powder, minced garlic, celery. Cook through, then while the pores of the meat are open I set put the now cooked wings in a bowl and sriracha, and honey and a little bit of bbq sauce. Let sit out for like 15 to 30 minutes at room temp. Get the grill going while this is going on, now just grill em real quick and done. This way you get a spicy flavor in the poach, and the grill gives them the fingerlicking quality from honey bbq sauce.

^ I've seen that episode and I've always wondered if people actually like that show. Also, what kinda dipping sauce is best? Just the typical ranch/blue cheese?
