Homemade Chicken Soup

    Anybody have any easy homemade chicken soup recipes? I've checked the FoodNetwork and they have some. Looking for something quick and easy: chicken, onions, celery, carrots et al.

    What seasonings do you use?

    Wanting soup for about a dozen tomorrow at noon!

    You cant make homemade chicken noodle soup without making your own broth and you cant make broth quick and easy. I have the best damn chicken noodle soup EVAR but I dont have the recipe here at work. It isnt difficult, just takes a while.

    I've got the chicken and water simmering right now. I'll cool it overnight and remove the fat tomorrow morning and resume cooking. I can wait a while.

    Rice or noodles... I can go either way.

    My ex-wife had a recipe from her mother that I liked but she didn't leave it for me!

    When you went to the food network site, did you look up any Rachael Ray recipes? She hosts 30 minute meals, so this could be what you are looking for. I thought this would be neat because noodles and rice are played out.

    I used to date a girl whose dad made this awesome chicken noodle soup that had eggs in it. Weird, but damn delicious.
