They're all over the place breh. They taking over. Saw a couple of then passes out right outside dog house tavern in midtown last night. They've also taken over at te intersection or Kirby and main near that kroger.
I hear they ****ed hermann park up. Is just Houston man. The barrios near downtown are getting bought out and renovated and the poor are being pushed to the suburbs
New construction in east downtown, Washington Ave going east, south of 45 near 59/288, and soon north of I10 between 45 & 59... improving real estate in convenient areas as opposed to everyone conceding hour commutes because they're scared of the poor and love babies. Deal with it, suckers.
First I think we might need to differentiate HOMELESS from BEGGARS I think the uptick is in Begging . . .. I cannot say I have notice more people under bridges and walking around with all their worldly possessions but I can definately say I see more people with their signs asking for money Most of them have homes or something similar . . . some make a good amount of money from begging Average light change is 1~2 minute or so . . .so 60 light changes a hour If the make 1$ a change that is 30$ a hour . . .probably about 15$ an hour min Alot of people who goto work don't make that .. . esp once you subtract the Taxes Rocket River
